Asterisk Fujitsu 9600 PRI

Asterisk with a T100P connected to a Fujitsu 9600 with an ISDN PRI Card

9600 Software version: E12V10L21
9600 Hardware Used: BPTKCA, B1DK2B
  • Need to set DSW00-2 to OFF (D-Channel Inversion NO)
  • Set DSW00-3 OFF for ESF
  • Set DSW00-4 & DSW00-5 to OFF OFF for B8ZS
  • When making a cable to Asterisk, be aware that Fujitsu uses pins 4,5 & 7,8 instead 1,2 & 4,5. Make a cable like this:
  • Looking at top of connector with cable exiting towards you and locking tab down left to right:
  • PIN Asterisk 9600
  • 1 wht/blu wht/brn
  • 2 blu/wht brn/wht
  • 3 wht/grn wht/grn
  • 4 org/wht blu/wht
  • 5 wht/org wht/blu
  • 6 grn/wht grn/wht
  • 7 wht/brn wht/org
  • 8 brn/wht org/wht
  • BIG clue that your cable is not correct - LRS light on front of BPTKCA will not go out no matter what!
